Project details of CAB 1 - Taxi Booking App

The ride-booking is fairly a simple process where a single tap and the driver will arrive at the pick-up location and drop you off at the destination safely. With GPS tracking feature enabled, both the passengers and drivers can track each other’s location in real-time.

Tracking the driver’s history, the fare estimation pre-booking the taxi, multiple payment options, and the review and rating system are some of the advanced features that allow you to check the taxi reliability and sense the future ride experience that you will have.

Project challenges for CAB 1

The client-based at Ahmedabad comes up with an idea of building an on-demand taxi app that provides the taxi services to the people who don’t have enough time to search and book the taxi due to a busy schedule. The client aimed at providing taxi services with world-class transportation to the people who want to travel from one location to another location at competitive rates.

Solution Provided by Nectarbits

The client approached the NectarBits team to get built an on-demand taxi booking app for iOS and Android platforms. The team moved ahead strategically with a proper plan where firstly, the app idea is translated into high-end wireframes.

The wireframes for every screen of the app has provided a rough idea of how the app will look like and functions when it’s completely built, including where and how the design elements are placed, how the features work, the screen linking from one to other, and the intended experience it will deliver. The responsive wireframe has enabled the clients to view the future-app and what changes it requires before the project goes on the development floor.

Once, the wireframe is approved by the client, the team of coding superheroes, designers, and QA and testers march ahead together and developed a full-fledged CAB 1 taxi solution. The separate interface for the passenger app and driver’s app is created, in addition to a web interface for the admin.
