People are damn busier these days. They don’t want to waste the leisure time going to nearby stores or malls to buy groceries. Instead, they like to order things online. That’s why a great degree of fall in the people coming to the supermarket is observed gradually. This need is realized by the client and he wanted an online grocery supermarket solution to step in with the online grocery trend.
Solution
The client approached the Nectarbits team to build an online grocery supermarket that enables users to request grocery deliveries in real-time. Livesy solution helps the people to browse, search, order, and get the groceries delivered at the doorstep from the comfort of the couch. The solution provides more than 500 FMCG products of 50 popular brands at the best price. Several payment options enable secure and fast checkout and get the product delivered on the next day of the ordering.

Onboarding
The users can register and log in using the phone number and social credentials. All the account related details can be accessed from the main menu.
Address book
The users can add several addresses in the address book to specify the places where the order to be delivered instantly. The address can be added, edited, or deleted anytime.
Browse products
The products are categorized and sub-categorized for easy navigation.
Real-time ordering
The products selected can be added to the cart and ordered immediately after address and delivery time-slots selection.
Live to track
The users can track the delivery agent location in the real-time to ensure the right order is delivered to the right user in the minimum time.
Live chat
The users can converse with customer support through email or by calling at the phone number to get the needed assistance.
Payment gateway
The flexible and secure payment options such as credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, UPI, and cash on delivery make the payment easier and faster.
Application Notifications
The notifications are sent to the users at the time of different activities such as order placed, order confirmed, order shipped, and pretty more to keep the user stay updated regarding the order status. The notifications can be turned on or off by the users depending on their preferences.
Review and ratings
The users provide feedback regarding the products and services they have received, which are later posted on the website.
Easy returns
When the user is not satisfied with the product, they are allowed to return the products.
Cancellation
The order in shipment status can be canceled by the user anytime and no charges are deducted against the same.
