In 2013 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I had four cycles of ABVD chemotherapy. Chemotherapy and modern medicine saved my life, and I am grateful for that. Getting cancer and receiving treatment was tough. I felt the stress of my illness was, at times, higher than the illness itself. So I developed a series of guided meditation techniques that I used during my illness. These meditations changed my life positively. This is something I want to share with people with a variety of chronic illnesses.
Medical meditation is designed to take you through a journey of your subconscious, to create moments and dreamscapes that we hope will cause positive change in your mental health and biology.
